体の主要なエネルギーセンターである７つのシャクラ（チャクラ）を調整することで心身のバランスを整えます。
その時の自分にとって一番癒しが必要な部分に石のサポートがユニバーサルエナジーとともに届きます。
エネルギーの滞りを改善／充電したい方
思考に凝り固まっている時にオススメの眠ってしまっても良いワークですが、エネルギーの流れなどを体感したい方にもおすすめです。

チベタンパルシング
ネガティブなエナルギーを中和し、ニュートラルなエネルギーにします。
日常の思考（マインド）が中心となっている癖を心（ハート）へ、
